The deadline for public questions on the theme is Midnight, Thursday 19 January 2012.  Questions can be emailed to constitutional.team@southwark.gov.uk.

Questions from the public will be distributed in a supplemental agenda.

There were two questions from the public, the answers to which were circulated on green paper at the meeting.  The public questioners each asked a supplementary question.  All questions and responses are attached as Appendix 2 to the minutes.
