Agenda item

In special circumstances an item of business may be added to an agenda within seven working days of the meeting.

There were no late items of business.

With the meeting’s consent the Mayor announced that she intended to vary the order in which the deputations were considered as there were children present who were involved in two of the deputations.  Therefore the deputations from the 23^rd Camberwell Scouts Group and the Lollipop Campaign/Safe Routes to School would be considered first followed by the deputations from the Leathermarket Joint Management Board and the Southwark Trades Union Council.
