The Mayor
Thanked all the teams
who competed in her quiz night on 18 November, when a grand total
of £1,127 was raised for her two charities.
Announced that on the
2 and 3 December Councillor Poddy Clark would be taking part in a
Charity Sleep Out from 9.00pm to 7.00am in the grounds of Southwark
Cathedral in aid of The Robes Charity.
This charity aims to provide overnight accommodation to homeless
people through the winter. A
sponsorship form was available at the meeting for anyone who wished
to sponsor Councilllor Clark.
