To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the open sections of the meetings held on 21 March and 18 April 2011.

RESOLVED:

That, subject to the addition of Councillor Dan Garfield to the attendance list for the March meeting, the minutes of the meetings held on 21 March and 18 April 2011 be agreed as accurate records.
