In accordance with council assembly procedure rule 2.10(2) the Mayor formally moved the recommendations contained in the report.

There was one question to this report, the answer to which had been circulated around the chamber on white paper.  Councillor Richard Livingstone asked a supplemental question which was answered by the executive member for resources, Councillor Tim McNally.  The question and answer are attached as Appendix 4 to the minutes.

The recommendations contained within the report were put to the vote and declared to be carried.

RESOLVED:

That the outturn report on borrowing, investments, capital finance and prudential indicators for 2008-09 be noted.
