That the minutes of the meeting held on the 15 March 2011 be agreed as a correct record of the meeting, and signed by the chair.

It was noted the applicant and applicant’s agent were present at the meeting for agenda item  6.1, 198 Croxted Road, London SE21 8NW and no objectors present.
