John Major, chief executive from the Dulwich Estate introduced his item with a power point presentation..

John Major responded to questions which covered topics: Tree works, solar panels, maintaining the streetscape in general and its relationship with the Dulwich Society.
He also listened to the concerns expressed by local residents about looking after community facilities, the increased cost of rates and rent, shortage of allotments in the area and the possibility of changing small areas of playing fields into allotments.
