3.1 Councillor Gavin Edwards declared a personal, non-prejudicial interest as an employee of UNISON. Councillor Andy Simons declared a personal non-prejudicial interest as a parent of children at state primary schools and therefore affected by the free school meals proposal. He also declared a prejudicial interest as an employee of SLaM NHS Trust and would withdraw during the part of the meeting relating to health and adult social care.
