3.1 As a governor of one of the pilot schools, Councillor Paul Noblet declared a personal non-prejudicial interest in the questions to the leader relating to free school meals. Councillor Andy Simmons declared a similar non-prejudicial interest as he had a child in a Southwark primary school. Councillor Mark Glover declared a personal non-prejudicial interest as the owner of a business in Southwark.
