AGREED:

1.  That the results of the Holmdene Avenue 2^nd stage controlled parking zone (CPZ) consultation be noted.

2.  That the parking layout for Holmdene Avenue (as an extension of Herne Hill CPZ), as detailed in appendix 1 of the report be approved subject to the outcome of any necessary statutory procedures.
