Executive Function

As part of the approved Highways capital investment programme for 2010 -2011 each Community Council will receive £100,000 for highways surface improvements and £75,000 for Lighting improvements of their choice.

The recommendation is to agreethe works to be funded from the proposed schemes in the Rotherhithe community council area as set out in report.

Executive function

In addition to this year’s £100,000 allocation for highways and £75,000 allocation for lighting, there was an under spend from 2009-10 of £60,138 for highways and £37,000 for lighting. This under spend was available for community council to allocate this year.
