Introduction to the history and success of the academy by Devon Hanson, Head teacher.
Minutes:
Mr Hanson, principal of the Walworth Academy, where the meeting was held, spoke about the academy. He stressed the importance the academy, and other schools in the borough, had in transforming the lives of young people through educational opportunities. Mr Hanson welcomed the theme of the meeting and the opportunity for councillors to listen to young people.
