Following a variation in the order of business earlier in the meeting, this report was considered after the guillotine had fallen, therefore in accordance with council assembly procedure rule 1.10 (3) & (4) the report was afford up to a maximum of 15 minutes.

The recommendations were put to the vote and declared to be carried.

RESOLVED:

That the proposed revisions to clauses 45 to 47 of the member and officer protocol set out in paragraph 5 of the report be agreed.
