There were two urgent questions to the leader, the written answers to which were circulated on blue paper at the meeting. The leader answered supplementary questions on both questions, the answers to all questions are attached as an Appendix 1 to the minutes.

There were 49 members’ questions, the written responses to which were circulated on yellow paper.  There were 7 supplementary questions, the answers to which are attached as an Appendix 2 to the minutes.

The order of business having been varied earlier in the meeting at 10.05pm the bell was rang and the Mayor announced that the guillotine had fallen.
