PROPOSAL

Demolition of a garage  block of ten garages.

The planning officer introduced the report and responded to questions from

Members.

The objectors spoke against both applications and responded to Members’ questions.

The applicants spoke in favour of the applications and responded to Members’ questions.

RESOLVED:

That planning permission for applications 10-AP-2135 and 10-AP-2197 be deferred so that a bat survey could be undertaken and a report produced in respect of a possible breach of planning control by the previous site owners.
