3.1 Disclosures of personal non-prejudicial interests were declared as follows: Councillor Coyle as a member of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation Trust (GSTT); Councillor Noakes as a member of the King’s College Hospital Foundation Trust and former member of the GSTT board of representatives; and Cllr the Right Reverend Oyewole as member of GSTT and the Dr Hossain & Dr Persadh Surgery, Lister Primary Care Centre.
