CLEANER GREENER SAFER 2026-27: CAPITAL FUNDING ALLOCATION (OLD KENT ROAD NEIGHBOURHOOD)
Note: this is an executive function for decision by the Old Kent Road Neighbourhood Community Meeting.
To approve a reallocation and the allocation of funds for the Cleaner Greener Safer capital programme.

DECISION – That the Old Kent Road neighbourhood community meeting;
1. Approved the reallocation of £64,300, comprising of underspent funds carried forward from previous years, current-year programme underspend and project cancellations within the current programme, to the 2026-27 Cleaner Grener Safer (CGS) budget for the Old Kent Road Neighbourhood area.
2. Agreed the following allocation of funds for the 2026-2027 Cleaner Greener Safer capital programme in the Old Kent Road Neighbourhood area:

DEVOLVED HIGHWAYS BUDGET 2026-27: CAPITAL FUNDING ALLOCATION (OLD KENT ROAD NEIGHBOURHOOD)

1. Approved the reallocation of £38,095 comprising of underspent funds carried forward from previous years, current-year programme underspend and project cancellations within the current programme, to the 2026-27 DHB budget for Old Kent Road Neighbourhood area.
2. Agreed the following allocation of funds for the 2026-2027 Devolved Highways budget in the Old Kent Road Neighbourhood area:

To approve the allocation of funds for the 2026-27 Neighbourhoods Fund in the Old Kent Road neighbourhood area from the list of applications outlined in Appendix 1 of the report.
