PDF 792 KB Minutes: The monitoring officer presented the report. Members had questions for the monitoring officer. RESOLVED: 1. That the committee noted the report of the Investigating Officer. 2. That the committee noted that the report concluded there is evidence of a failure to comply with the Code of Conduct by the subject member. 3. That the committee noted the decision of the Monitoring Officer to resolve this complaint by Local Resolution and without the need for a hearing by the sub-committee.
