Children's Public Health - proposal to reduce services
A proposal to reduce mainly Health Visiting and School Nursing services for the borough, following Public Health budget reductions, will be considered. A Trigger Template is enclosed.

Policy changes in education and children's services
John Fowler, Policy Manager , Local Government Information Unit (LGiU) will give a policy briefing on changes the government is planning to Adoption, Care Leavers and the schools academy programme.
Officers from Education & Children’s Service have been invited to present on Adoption, Care Leavers and the schools academy programme, and provide an overview of any significant developments the Education & Children’s Services department that they think will impact on the work of the committee in the coming couple of years
These presentations are to brief the committee and inform later discussions on the work programme.
