Youth Service Budget
The background paper attached is an extract (Appendix B – supporting narrative for budget proposals Children’s and adults services) of the published 8 December 2015 cabinet paper: Policy and Resources Strategy 2016/17 to 2018/19: Update for Spending Review and Initial Savings Proposals.
This item will be considered as part of the formal cabinet consultation with scrutiny on budget proposals, with the next stage being OSC‘s full day meeting on the budget scheduled for 2nd February, in line with the request by the vice chair at the previous meeting, and as part of the work-plan item on the ‘Youth Offer’.
