Note: In view of the scale of the development being considered and the level of interest, the following adjustments will be made to the normal Planning Committee procedures for this application only. The meeting will be held over two sessions on Wednesday 25 September and Monday 30 September. The time allocated for presentations from objectors, the applicant, supporters and ward councillors will be extended to 5 minutes (instead of the usual 3 minutes). A presentation from supporters of the application living with 250 metres of the proposal site will be allowed (instead of the usual 100 metres). It is expected that the presentation from objectors to the proposal and questions to them from the committee will be completed at the first session on 25 September with the remaining presentations being heard at the second session on 30 September.
