RESOLVED:
1. That the reallocation of underspent funds of £171,400 carried forward from previous years underspend, current programme underspend and current programme project cancellations be agreed.
2. That the following allocation of funds for the 2023-2024 Devolved Highways budget (£361,875) in the West Central multi-ward area be agreed:
