Minutes:
RESOLVED:
1. That an option to acquire the council’s freehold interest in land at 99-161 Ilderton Road (as shown hatched black in Appendix 1 of the report) to CB Southberm 2 Limited (CB) for residential development in accordance with the terms set out in the closed cabinet report be granted.
2. That the head of property be authorised to negotiate and agree terms for the option agreement and subsequent development agreement with CB.
