To approve the award of the communal lighting and lightning protection contract.

That the award of the communal lighting and lightning protection contract to Spokemead Maintenance Ltd for the estimated sum of £896,000 per annum for the period of 3 years from 1 October 2013 to the value of £2,688,000; with the option to extend by a further 2 years in 12 monthly increments making the total estimated contract value £4,480,000 be approved.
