Approval of round 2 funding allocations for 2009-10

1.  That the Sure Start Early Years Capital Grant (SSEYCG) project groups’ recommendations to award funding to 2009-10, round 1, stage 2  grant applicants be approved. The recommended allocations and any relevant conditions are outlined in appendix 1 of the report.

2.  That the project panel be authorised to sign off approved allocations to those providers, whose grant allocations are subject to specific conditions, once those conditions have been met (see appendix 1 of the report).
