Approval of Award for Nunhead Cemetery East Lodge Building Restoration and Landscaping Works - Gateway 2 Contract

Decision:

That:

 

1.  The award of the East Lodge Building Restoration – Landscaping works contract to Warwick Landscaping Ltd for the sum of £985,616.32 with the contract period of 26 weeks commencing on 01/06/2026 be approved by the Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure.

 

2.  The allocation of a client contingency of £197,123,.26 (20%) to address the items identified in paragraph 46, and delegation of approval of expenditure of the contingency fund to the Director of Leisure be approved by the Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure.
