Disposal of the Council's freehold interest by auction or any other approved method of sale

That:

1.  The disposal of the Property by private treaty or other such appropriate method be authorised by the Strategic Director of Resources.

2.  Consultation between the Director of Planning and Growth in and the Assistant Director of Property to determine the appropriate disposal price or premium as appropriate be authorised by the Strategic Director of Resources.
