That in consultation with the cabinet member for council homes, the award of the Supply of Building Materials, which is a call-off contract from the Pretium Materials Supply and Management Services framework (Generation 3), to Huws Gray Limited for the scope of services detailed in paragraph 3 and 4 for an estimated annual cost of £3.44m for a period of three years (estimated total £10.32m), with the option to extend the contract for up to a further two years, making a total estimated contract value of £17.2m, commencing on 27 January 2026, be approved.
