To agree the award for the contract to fit refurbish the Brandon library and youth centre.

Thatthe StrategicDirector of Environment,Sustainability andLeisure approvesthe award of the contract to undertake refurbishment and reconfiguration works at Brandon Library and Youth Centre as set out in the closed report for a period of 24 weeks from 23 February 2026. The works will focus on disabled access compliance, changesto interior layout to improvesafeguarding and versatility of the space, modernisingthe facilities,installing lowcarbon initiativesand replacing ageing fabric across the building.
