To approve procurement strategy to  procure one building material supplies contract

That the Strategic Director of Housing;

1.  Approves the procurement strategy outlined in this report to undertake a mini-competition from the Pretium Materials Supply and Management Services framework (Generation 3) for general building material supplies to enter into a contract with one supplier from 19 December 2025 at an estimated annual cost of £4.1m for a period of three years (estimated total £12.3m), with the option to extend the contract for up to a further two years, making a total estimated contract value of £20.5m, noting that the award of the contract does not commit the council to any expenditure.

2.  Notes that the council has signed a non-committal Pretium access agreement which allows officers to access the Pretium framework.
