That the Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing approves the procurement strategy as laid out in this report involving a competitive tender for the commissioning of an Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service for a period of three years from 1 December 2025, amounting to a maximum of £658,300 pa, or £1,974,900 in total, to include an optional extension of 12 months thereafter, which would bring the total maximum contract value to £2,633,200.
