Disposal of the Council's freehold interest by auction or any other approved method of sale

1.  That it be agreed to dispose of this property (shown edged red on the plan at Appendix 1 of the report) subject to it being sold at a price that satisfies the council’s statutory obligation to achieve market value.

2.  That the Assistant Director of Property be authorised to determine the minimum price for which the property will be sold.
