Purpose:

Approval of individual Neighbourhood CIL project allocations

Decision:

 

1.   That grant funding of up to £1,000,000 to Bankside Open Spaces Trust for investment into Marlborough Sports Garden be agreed.

 

2.   That grant funding of up to £250,000 to Art Academy for the fit out of their building at Triptych be agreed.

 

3.  That grant funding of up to £45,000 to the LGTBQ+ centre for a Changing Place

  toilet and associated works at Hopton Street be agreed.

 

4.   That funding of up to £150,000 for investment in the Little Dorrit Park be agreed.

 

5.   That grant funding to Falcon Point TMO of up to £50,000 for solar panels at Falcon Point be agreed.

 

6.   That grant funding of up to £150,000 to Christ Church, 27 Blackfriars Road for design works to refurbish the buildings to provide improved community space and kitchens be agreed.

 

7.   That grant funding of up to £200,000 to Blackfriars Settlement, 1 Rushworth Street for the refurbishment of the kitchens and the creation of a cafe and kitchen garden be agreed.

 

8.   That grant funding of up to £20,558 to the Kirkaldy Testing Museum for design related to the refurbishment of their building be agreed.

 

9.   That grant funding of up to £90,000 to Time and Talents for investment in building works at the Old Mortuary be agreed.

 

10.  That funding of up to £200,000 for investment in environmental works at the Albion Channel, Rotherhithe be agreed.

 

11.   That funding to Leyton Square of up to £728,000 for the development of a new building as a community hub for youth programmes and public realm improvements be agreed.

 

12.   That funding to Brimmington Park of up to £416,000 for the development of a new football facility and public realm improvements be agreed.

 

13.  That funding of £208,000 for upgrading of Bramcote Park be agreed.

 

14.  That funding to Bird In Bush Park of up to £312,000 for investment in a new pump track, MUGA and play space be agreed.

 

15.   That funding to Kentish Drovers, 720 Old Kent Road of up to £336,236 to refurbish the mural be agreed.

 

16.   That funding for improvements at the Ilderton Road/Ablett Street junction of up to £120,000 be agreed.
