Approves the highways licensing enforcement policy

Decision:

1.  That the Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste:

 

a.  Approves the updated Enforcement Policy (Appendix 1) to be used by Highways Licensing and Enforcement.

 

b.  Authorises officers to exercise their enforcement duties under the legislation listed within the Enforcement Policy.
