That the Acting Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure approves the award of East Lodge Building Restoration - Shell and Core construction works contract to SSH Conservation Ltd. The contract award will be subject to confirmation of additional funding and a pre contract architect instruction to eliminate the current shortfall.  The contract will run for a period of 78.5 weeks.
