Purpose:

To extend the current contract with Ductclean (UK) Ltd whilst the new procurement exercise is  completed.

Decision:

That the Strategic Director of Housing approves the variation of the communal ventilation replacement contract to Ductclean (UK) Ltd to extend the term of the contract for an additional period of nine months from 1 November 2024 to 31 July 2025 (as further detailed in paragraph 9 below) at an estimated additional cost of £726k making a total revised estimated contract value of £3.992m.
