Approval of the procurement strategy

1.   That it be agreed, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Community Safety, to approve the procurement strategy outlined in this report for the Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls Support Service for ten (10) years commencing on 6 November 2025 with provisions for contract review and break at years four (4) and eight (8), as outlined in paragraphs 89 to 90 of the report.

2.   That an estimated nominal contract value of £7,384,400 over the 10 year period with annual price variation/indexation be approved. The contract will be split between

a.  An estimated nominal contract value of £7,384,400 over a 10 year period with annual price variation/indexation for Core Services as detailed in paragraph 94 to 98 of the report.

b. A total additional value to accommodate possible future funding secured during the contract lifetime for Additional Services, as outlined in paragraph 99 to 102 of the report.
