Approval of a contract variation for a sexual and reproductive health service

Decision:

1.  That the variation to the integrated sexual and reproductive health service contract with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, commissioned by Lambeth Council as lead party on behalf of Lambeth and Southwark local authorities, in the sum of £1,476,100 to cover an extension for Southwark activity for the period of six months from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024, be approved.
