Purpose:

Approval of contract award for Fredericks Playground

Decision:

 

1.  That the contract award for the Frederick’s playground landscape construction works to Warwick Landscaping Ltd commencing on 1 April 2024 be approved.

 

2.  That it be approved that the allocation of a client contingency to address the items identified in paragraph 46 of the report and that approval of expenditure of the contingency fund be delegated to the Director of Leisure.
