To approve the recommended grant allocations for the Food and Fun Easter 2024 holiday programme

1.  That the Cabinet Member for Communities, Democracy and Finance approve the use of £192,910 for 32 providers identified for the Easter of Food and Fun Holiday Programme as part of the Holiday Activities and Food programme for 2024.

2.  That the Cabinet Member for Communities, Democracy and Finance note the recommended Easter 2024 grant allocations by provider in Appendix 1 and the provider locations in Appendix 2 of the report.

3.  That the Cabinet Member for Communities, Democracy and Finance approve the allocation of £25,000 of the Easter Food and Fun Holiday Programme budget to support providers to make places available for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
