Decision details

To approve Resident Participation budget for 2021/22

1.  That the proposed 2021-22 budget for the £900,000 Resident Participation Fund plus £15,000 from the former Homeowner Fund previous years’ underspend as shown in Appendix 1 of the report, be approved.

2.  That a £114,000 grant to SGTO to provide Independent Advice for residents for the period April to September 2021 be approved; and that the further provisions for this service beyond October 2021 [outlined] in paragraphs 20 and 21 of the report, be noted.

3.  That a grant to Citizens Advice Bureau - Independent Leaseholder Advice Service of £45,000 from April 2021 to September 2021 (made up of £30,000 from the Resident Participation Fund and £15,000 from previous years’ underspend) be approved; and that the further plans for this service beyond October 2021 [outlined] in paragraph 23 of the report, be noted.
