To agree an 18 month extension to the contracts

1.  That the variation of the Void Works for Traded Services Contract A to BCS (Electrical And Building Services) Ltd (BCS) to extend the term of the contract for a period of 12 months from 1 September 2020 at an estimated additional cost of £900,000 making a total estimated contract value of £1,659,955 be approved.

2.  That the variation of the Void Works for Traded Services Contract B to GC Construct Ltd (GCC) to extend the term of the contract for a period of 12 months from 1 September 2020 at an estimated additional cost of £900,000 making a total estimated contract value of £1,499,472 be approved.

3.  That the variation of the Void Works for Traded Services Contract C to Sandersons Building Services Ltd (Sandersons) to extend the term of the contract for a period of 12 months from 1 September 2020 at an estimated additional cost of £900,000 making a total estimated contract value of £2,733,329 be approved.
