Purpose:

Approval of Section 75 agreement with NHS Southwark CCG to create a pooled budget and associated governance arrangements in line with the BCF plan agreed by the council, NHS Southwark CCG, the Health and Wellbeing Board and NHS England.

Decisions:

RESOLVED:

 

1.  That the proposed pooled budget agreement between the council and the clinical commissioning group under section 75 of the National Health Services Act 2006 be approved.

 

2.  That authority to approve changes to the services contained within the agreement be delegated to the strategic director of children’s and adults’ services in consultation with the cabinet member for children, schools and adult care.
