Purpose:

To approve the award of contract to expand the school by 1FE on the existing site

Decision:

1.  That the award of the design and build contract, for Grange Primary School to Morgan Sindall plc, for the total contract value, including enabling works, as disclosed in the closed version of this report, for the contract period of 50 calendar weeks, commencing on 3 October 2016 and completing on 18 September 2017, be approved.

 

2.  That variations to the pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) with Morgan Sindall, with a total value as disclosed in the closed version of this report, be approved.
