Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 9 March 2016 considered the call-in of the decision and the committee resolved that the strategic director of finance and governance reconsiders his decision to award the consolidated repairs and maintenance services contract for the council’s operational estate to Kier Facilities Services Limited.  See report from overview and scrutiny committee below.

 

The strategic director of finance and governance is required to reconsider his decision taking into account the report of the overview and scrutiny committee.

 

The decision will not be subject to a further scrutiny call-in process and will be implementable once notice of the decision is given.

Decision:

That the decision of 25 February 2016 to award the contract for consolidated repairs and maintenance services for the council’s operational estate to Kier Facilities Services Limited be confirmed.
