Decision details

To approve the continued funding of services as set out in the report.

1.  That the continued funding for the following services from January 2016 to March 2016 be agreed: 

·  The dementia café at a cost of £7,250

·  Part time dementia support worker at a cost of £5,672.

2.  That the continued funding for the following services from October 2015 to March 2016 be agreed:

·  Dementia Adviser  at a cost of £14,500

·  Dementia Action Alliance Co-ordinator and associated expenditure  at a cost of £20,000.

3.  That a further extension for one or more of these projects under grant as required (subject to funding being available through the Better Care Fund), for a further six months from April 2016 to September 2016 be agreed.
