Grant award for dementia support services

1.  To agree a further yaer’s grant to the dementia Support Service and Dementia Cafe, delivered by the Alzheimer’s Society funded frmo the last year of the Department of Health Memory Service grant at a cost of £51,688, from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015.

2.  To fund a Dementia Community Navigator pilot delivered by the Alzheimer’s Society for one year from slippage from the Better Care Fund at a cost of £50,000 from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015.
