Approval of local impact report and written representations to planning inspectorate

1.  That the local impact report (Appendix A) and the written representation (Appendix B) be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in response to the application submitted by Thames Water Ltd for the Thames Tideway Tunnel.

2.  That delegated powers be given to the director of planning to make minor amendments to the local impact report (Appendix A) and the written representation (Appendix B) and to submit further evidence in support of these documents, prior to their submission to the Planning Inspectorate, as new background information emerges.
