To agree a contract extension
1. That the extension of the contract with The Camden Society to supply building based and communty based day services to adults with a learning disability in the sum of an expected maximum of £3.672m for a period of 2 years from 1 February 2013 to 31 January 2015 be agreed.
2. That the variation of the contract to allow The Camden Society to set meals charges and collect income from these charges be agreed.
