To vary the March 2011 cabinet decision in respect of the disposal of the council’s freehold interest in the site known as 525-539 Old Kent Road SE1 5EW in order to sell the site to Charter Land.

1. The variation of a decision made by cabinet on 22 March 2011 in respect of the purchaser and consideration to be paid for this site is approved.

2. The acting head of property to dispose of this site shown edged in bold on the plan at Appendix A to Charter Land for the amount stated in the closed report is approved.
